Cell Control Systems

HART provides state-of-the-art cell controllers. HART's new version of controller with advanced features, like, high processing power, huge memory, high speed communication, etc. has been successfully tested at different smelters. A highly efficient HART software and hardware team assist in implementing the process logic and provide all high-tech features.

Baking Furnace Control System

The quality of the pre-baked carbon anode plays an important role in the cell current efficiency and the cost of producing high quality Aluminium. In order to achieve the desired quality, it is necessary to bake the anode in a controlled environment (control system with temperature and pressure sensors).HART's DCS is a customized process control system for heating and regulating the complete anode baking process. To control all aspects of anode baking, Field Control Units (FCU) are configured under different names, such as: Fire control panel (FCP), Draft control panel (DCP), Air control panel (ACP), Air pressure interface (API), and Under pressure interface (UPI).Depending upon system configuration, these FCU's are appropriately configured and connected in a network through industrial workstations, file servers and other nodes as defined by the client.

Integration of plant's Centralized Information System and Process Control Systems (Open Protocol Systems)

Process control systems are often isolated from the main system and management feels it should be part of the central network. HART can assist plant operations to integrate different systems. This is possible in those cases where the process control systems follow some open protocols or protocol documents are available.

Superheat Measurement System

Measurement devices from HART are ready and tested for its accuracy. HART can collect Superheat Measurement data and develop an algorithm which can be beneficial to the customers. HART's superheat measurement system is based on re-usable thermo-couple; which brings down the cost of measurement significantly.

Voice Annunciation Systems

HART can provide its state-of-the-art voice annunciation systems which can be integrated with systems provided by HART or the systems working on known or open protocol. The purpose of this system is to generate alarm messages in form of naturally spoken voice messages as and when manual intervention in pot room is required. Such message are thrown into public announcement system of the plant, and/or delivered into predefined set of telephone numbers, either in form of voice messages or in form of SMS, as desired.

HART, with its efficient team, provides support and maintenance services round the clock. Such service not only provides comfort to a customer but helps maintaining good relationship.

Data Loggers

A portable battery operated logging device is available to collect analog data from various input points. The product can be customized for 1 to 16 analog inputs and can store up to 5000 readings. Device communicates with computers using either conventional RS232 (serial communication) or WiFi or USB drive.
